How to Dual Boot Windows 7 and Ubuntu

This is how to Dual boot Ubuntu and Windows 7 or Vista easily using wubi installer. No partitions needed! No re-formatting! The safest way to dual boot because it can be uninstalled and the Windows Bootloader will be the same. Yays!
