This video is aimed more for people who are new to Ubuntu, but there is something here for everyone.
I show the Unity 3D Desktop Environment in action on a full system install and cover a verity of topics including:
1: Installation - Dual booting with Windows 7 and using the automated partitioning.
2: Look at Pre-Installed Software Canonical have included on the install disk, including LibreOffice 3.3, Firefox 4, Banshee Media Player, Ubuntu One, Software Centre, Puzzle Games, and a 3D shooter.
3: Fancy Desktop Features - Tutorial on setting up Compiz effects and Coloured Mouse Cursors
4: Installing Software and suggestions of a Few Applications to try: Chromium, Gimp image editor, Inkscape vector graphic, Openshot, Zaz and Sauerbraten.
5: Conclusion 85% - A nice modern desktop environment, very easy to use, but not necessarily for everyones taste. Next version of Ubuntu (11.10) should offer a more customisable version of Unity.

Great app. Congratulations,
Great app. Congratulations, it eases managing a lot of stuff in ubtnuu and also tweaking via GUI other things. However, in the image selection of the login screen settings, i placed a pic with 500kb to replace the generic screen, but it doesn't show up after booting. It's in the new settings, but not working. Perhaps it's due to ubtnuu's new updates i guess. I'm on 64bit version. If i put another one from the ubtnuu's login default folder then it works. I have a 1366 768 screen and downloaded a wallpaper to show up also on the login screen.Any sugestions?
